Celebrating the International Child-dayAll over the world UN-organisations and NGOs celebrated the International Child-day on November 20, 2002 in different ways. MMCC and Aschiana was ofcourse no exception. More than 600 streetworking children came from all of Kabul by buses to look at the two hour long performance at MMCCs newly constructed mobile stage. For many of the children it was the first time ever in their life
they saw a performance only made for them. The show included puppet
shows, theatre and a lot of different games, songs and music. |
