21-22th of July 2006 – First performances in Kabul

After weeks of rehearsing the performance is ready. Before the children leave for Japan it is time for a first show – or two - in Kabul

Five-star Serena Hotel in the center of Kabul is a good frame for a high class performance with beautiful costumes. On Friday morning before take off to Japan, the children did a first performance in the hotels courtyard for the brunch-guests

The performance prepared for the Japan tour includes a colorful introduction to Afghanistan with its many amazing ethnicities and their traditional costumes. The 45 minutes of singing, juggling, acrobatic and comedy is all rounded up by all the children singing the MMCC-song together on the stage in the end.

The last day before departure the children’s parents were invited to see the performance in MMCC’s garden. And then - It is time to go…
